For most of us fitness junkies, there are two things we live on: protein and caffeine. Sure, we consume other staples like heart-healthy whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, but let’s be honest: there’s a special place on the food pyramid for protein shakes and a good dose of caffeine. And while both are great on their own, if you’ve ever found yourself wishing you could combine these two staples, you’re actually in luck. That’s right; this January, drive-thru coffee brand Dutch Bros is launching a line of new protein coffee drinks that’ll be available until February 29.

The drinks will include featured drinks like the Salted Caramel Protein Latte and Salted Caramel Protein Mocha, and will pack more than 20 grams of protein into each drink. Designed to give you your caffeine and protein fix at the same time, these protein-packed drinks are perfect for replacing your morning protein shake, pre-workout pick-me-up, or post-workout fuel.

And if you’re a late-night gym goer, but still want your daily dose of protein, all Dutch Bros espresso drinks can be made with decaf espresso, meaning you’ll still get over 20 grams of protein goodness in a low-caffeine option. You can also order a half-caf for less caffeine (this is the perfect option if you tend to hit up the gym or do your workouts around 3-4pm, and still want a boost, but also to be able to fall asleep at night).

Nothing good lasts forever, though, and Dutch Bros protein coffee is no exception. The new menu items will only be available until the end of February, so find a location near you, and try them out before they’re gone.
